Pet tracking app
Concept Project - Two weeks sprint - Group project
As a team of four, we were asked to create an app that enables pet owners to track their pets throughout a flight journey with Norwegian Air and ensure the pet's safety and well-being on board.
To start, we analysed Norwegian direct and indirect competitors, and we then carried a short survey with crucial questions to help us identify what our target users were.
From that, we created a Persona; this enabled us to empathise with our target users and build our research around this.
We made an affinity mapping to synthesise the data gathered from the interviews results.
Once we had a clear idea of what our users needed and wanted, we created ideas, tested them, refined them and tested them again!
Final delivery: Hi-fidelity mobile app.
