Booking a treatment - redesign

GA Client project - Two weeks sprint - Group project

Our task was to resolve the loss of a large amount of potential customer conversion rate via their e-commerce site.

As the facilitator in my team, I handled client deliverables, team management and liaising between the client and team members.

We started by looking at their competitors and analysing any findings.

We then continued by interviewing users who had all experienced injury at some point.

We facilitated a successful design studio, which enabled the client and the team to collaborate and discover creative solutions.

After narrowing down the most popular answer by dot voting, we created a prototype of various fidelity and tested these with our core users. Any findings from our testing sessions we then fed into our updated high fidelity wireframes.

Final delivery: Hi-fidelity mobile website prototype and gathered of all the research documentation.

Currently, Perea Clinic outsources their booking platform, because of this, we were only able to redesign the journey up to where the user selects "book".
